Frequently asked questions

Low-voltage connections take 2-4 weeks from obtaining the connection conditions. MV connections with a transformer station take 2-4 months, depending on the design scope and the pace of coordination with the grid operator. That covers detailed design, permits, construction and technical acceptance. Where the schedule is tight we run the design work in parallel with site preparation.
Yes — we run the whole process from the connection conditions application, through coordination with the operator (TAURON, PGE, Enea), to detailed design and construction. We also cover surveying, supervision and obtaining the building permit. The investor receives a finished connection with a complete handover documentation set and never corresponds with the DSO directly.
We carry out horizontal directional drilling up to 200 m long with diameters from 63 to 315 mm — under roads, railway tracks, rivers and other obstacles. Every bore is preceded by a geotechnical analysis and coordination with infrastructure managers. The trenchless method minimises site disruption and shortens delivery compared with open-cut, which matters when working on operating industrial sites.
We are based in Tarnowskie Gory and deliver most contracts in Silesia, but we run investments across Poland and abroad — we have built power networks in Germany and the Czech Republic. We own heavy equipment, including excavators, winches and boom lifts, which lets us deliver large contracts without subcontractors. Team mobility and logistics keep delivery smooth regardless of location.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — electrical subcontracting for general contractors is one of our core areas. We come on site with our own team and equipment, work to the GC schedule and take part in coordination meetings with the other trades. Our scope runs from building installations and switchboards to process power supply, and we invoice in stages against progress protocols.
The team consists of over 20 specialists with SEP categories E and D, supported by staff holding unrestricted electrical construction licences. This lets us run several contracts in parallel and assign dedicated crews to individual sites. We own our equipment — excavators, winches and boom lifts — so our deadlines do not depend on third-party availability.
We hold SEP category E (operation) and D (supervision) licences up to and above 1 kV, as well as unrestricted construction licences in the electrical and power engineering speciality. The company carries professional liability insurance. The full set of documents — company register extract, licence certificates, insurance policy and references — is available for tender qualification or subcontractor vetting by a general contractor.
At handover we provide a complete as-built set: acceptance measurement protocols (insulation resistance, fault loop impedance, shock protection effectiveness, RCD testing), as-built switchboard diagrams, datasheets and declarations of conformity for the installed equipment, and the site manager statements. The documentation is prepared for review by the investor supervision and for the occupancy permit.

Yes — we deliver fire alarm systems including installation, commissioning and handover documentation. The scope covers control panels, detectors, call points, smoke extraction control and integration with the other security systems on site. Work is coordinated with the fire safety expert, and the system is handed over with functional test protocols.
Yes. Alarms, access control, CCTV and fire alarm systems are brought into a single building management environment, with one supervision point for the technical staff. Integration covers cross-system scenarios — releasing access-controlled doors on a fire alarm, or linking camera footage to an alarm event. The integration scope is agreed at design stage together with the facility designer.
Yes — for facilities we run service contracts covering alarms, CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems, with a guaranteed response time of up to 24 hours and regular inspections. Service includes software updates, battery replacement, detector testing and maintaining the inspection records required at handover and during audits.
We work with leading manufacturers: SATEL, DSC and Bosch alarm systems; Hikvision, Dahua and Axis cameras; Roger and ZKTeco access control; building automation in the KNX and Loxone standards. The choice follows the project requirements and the nature of the facility — a warehouse calls for a different solution than an office or public building. All equipment is certified and carries a manufacturer warranty.

We deliver rooftop and ground-mounted installations for industrial and commercial facilities, sized against the plant consumption profile rather than its contracted capacity. The scope covers self-consumption analysis, design, mounting structure, installation, commissioning and notification to the operator. At higher capacities we also handle the connection and switchboard extension — both trades are in-house, so the investor does not coordinate two contractors.
Yes — we come on site as the renewables trade contractor within a larger contract, including where the design is already complete and comes from the investor designer. We work to the general contractor schedule and coordinate with the roofing, structural and electrical trades. The installation is handed over with measurements, as-built documentation and the DSO notification.
Under net-billing, storage raises self-consumption from around 30% to 70-80%, which on an industrial profile feeds straight through to the energy bill. For a plant, capping peak demand and backing up selected circuits during an outage often matter just as much. We calculate the return on the actual metered consumption profile rather than market averages — only that shows the real payback.
Yes — we file the micro-installation notification or the connection conditions application for larger systems, together with operator coordination and as-built documentation. Above the micro-installation threshold we also cover the switchboard extension and metering adjustments. As a power network contractor we run this ourselves, without intermediaries.
