LV building installations
Complete low-voltage electrical installations in production halls, warehouses, office buildings and public facilities — from cable routes and switchboards to process power supply and handover. We work on sites of thousands of square metres, coordinated with the general contractor and the other trades. We also take on high-standard houses where the scope is broad enough.

Lighting installations
Facility lighting — halls, warehouses, offices, sports venues and outdoor areas. We design illuminance layouts to PN-EN 12464, select industrial LED luminaires and build DALI control. The scope also covers emergency and escape lighting with illuminance measurements and handover documentation.

LV switchboard construction
Prefabrication and installation of low-voltage switchboards for industrial and commercial facilities — main, distribution and process boards, including redundant configurations with automatic transfer. We build with ABB, Schneider Electric and Hager equipment. Every board is tested and handed over with as-built diagrams.

Lightning protection installations
Lightning and surge protection for halls, high-rise and industrial buildings, designed to PN-EN 62305 on the basis of a risk assessment. We install air terminations, down conductors and earth electrodes, including on operating sites without halting production. The scope closes with measurements and handover documentation.

Grounding installations
TN-S, TN-C-S and TT earthing systems for industrial facilities, transformer stations and public buildings. We install foundation, ring and rod electrodes, including in difficult ground conditions. Every job ends with a resistance measurement and a protocol included in the as-built documentation.

A complete set of acceptance measurements for facilities being handed over — protective conductor continuity, insulation resistance, fault loop impedance, shock protection effectiveness, RCD testing and illuminance. We cover large facilities with hundreds of circuits and deliver protocols in the format required by the investor supervision.

Required certifications
5-year inspections
Periodic electrical inspections required by Article 62 of the Polish Construction Law, delivered across whole facility portfolios — plants, office buildings, public facilities and managed estates. We run them under multi-year contracts, with a schedule agreed with the property manager and a consolidated report covering every location.
