Two engineering friends. One vision.
They didn't have a 50-page business plan — but they had determination, expertise and a simple rule: finish every job as if you were doing it in your own home. This approach quickly paid off. Clients returned, recommended them to neighbours, and the company grew organically — from a garage workshop into a solid enterprise with its own showroom.

ALTECH Group
Three companies under one roof at Górnicza 55, Tarnowskie Góry.
"ALTECH Group" is an umbrella brand for three affiliated companies. Each has its own specialisation, but they share one team, one office and one way of working. One point of contact is enough to close an entire project — from electrical design, through photovoltaics, to buying the hardware.

Dariusz Wylezol
CEO
Co-founder of ALTECH. Electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience. Specialist in photovoltaic installations and renewable energy sources. Responsible for the company's development strategy.
Miroslaw Bucholc
Vice President
Co-founder of ALTECH. Electrical engineer specializing in power grid networks and industrial installations. Oversees the implementation of key infrastructure projects.

First steps at AGH University
Dariusz Wylezol and Miroslaw Bucholc meet while studying engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. A shared passion for electrical engineering and the first ideas for an electrical company of their own.
ALTECH starts as an online shop
Two AGH-trained electrical engineers launch ALTECH — an online shop for electrical components from the very start. Alongside it they take their first electrical installation jobs. Retail and electrical work as the company's foundation.
Power grid networks
Expansion into power grid networks. Low- and medium-voltage connections, cable lines and transformer stations. First major commercial and industrial contracts.
Low-voltage & automation
Growth into low-voltage systems: alarms, CCTV, access control and building automation. More and more industrial electrical work — switchgear, lighting and power for production halls. The company showroom opens in Tarnowskie Góry.
Photovoltaics begin
The first photovoltaic installation — years of electrical know-how meet renewable energy. The company grows to 15 people and opens a renewables division that will become ALTECH POWER.
The ALTECH24.PL shop expands
The online shop takes the ALTECH24.PL name and scales up fast. The catalogue expands with PV modules, inverters and energy storage — alongside electrical components. Nationwide shipping, for installers and end customers.
Renewables scale up
PV installer certifications and a 50 kWp project for the 3S Data Center in Bytom. First energy storage systems, fully integrated with clients' electrical installations.
The ALTECH Group forms
Incorporation into companies, organised into three brands: ALTECH-SYSTEM (electrical), ALTECH POWER (renewables) and ALTECH24.PL (shop). The team grows to 20+ specialists with SEP licences, while Dariusz and Miroslaw still personally oversee key projects.
1,000+ projects
Over a thousand completed projects — electrical work, renewables and the shop under one roof at Górnicza 55. Electrical installations, grids and low-voltage, photovoltaics, heat pumps, energy storage and EV chargers. Operating in Poland and abroad.
