About the Project
In a newly built detached house in Mikołów, we installed an integrated alarm system with access control. The investor required comprehensive property protection with remote management via smartphone and integration with a Smart Home system.
The system is centred on the SATEL INTEGRA 64 control panel, supporting up to 64 monitored zones with the option of expansion. We fitted 12 SATEL AQUA PET motion detectors with pet immunity up to 20 kg, and 4 magnetic door and window sensors on the ground floor. The system is operated via an elegant INT-TSG2-W touchscreen keypad with a 7-inch colour display, mounted in the entrance hall. The GSM-X LTE communication module provides SMS and push notifications to the phone in the event of an alarm and also enables full system control through the SATEL Control app.
The access control system is based on the Roger PR622-G controller with proximity card readers at the entrance gate and front door. Thanks to integration with the INTEGRA panel, opening the door with a card automatically disarms the alarm zone assigned to that entrance. The system logs all events — entries, exits, alarms — in internal memory, and the history is accessible both on the keypad and in the mobile app.
