2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries — data submitted via the contact form is processed to provide a response. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Contract performance — data necessary for preparing quotes, concluding and performing service contracts. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Tax and accounting obligations — storing data in accounting documentation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Analytics — automatically collected data for website traffic analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes:

  • Contact form data — up to 12 months after the end of correspondence.
  • Contract-related data — for the duration of the contract and 6 years after its completion.
  • Accounting data — for 5 years from the end of the tax year.
  • Analytics data (cookies) — according to the validity period of individual cookies.

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device.

  • Necessary — required for the proper functioning of the website (including remembering your cookie banner choice). No consent required.
  • Analytical — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (on-site behaviour analysis). Installed only after consent.
  • Cookieless statistics — Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure traffic and page speed without storing cookies and without identifying users.

6. Data Recipients

Personal data may be shared with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure provider — Vercel Inc.
  • Analytics providers — Google LLC (Analytics), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity).
  • Form and newsletter email delivery provider — Resend (processing in the EU).
  • The accounting office serving the company.
  • Public authorities in cases provided for by law.

7. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Through Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel hosting, data may be transferred to the United States. These providers apply standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Form and newsletter messages are handled by Resend in the EU region.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated through the website.
