Terms of Service

These terms govern the provision of electrical, installation, and renewable energy services by ALTECH-SYSTEM Sp. z o.o., based in Tarnowskie Góry, Poland (Tax ID: 6452580683).

Services are provided in Poland and abroad according to individual contractual arrangements.

• Contractor — ALTECH-SYSTEM Sp. z o.o.
• Client — natural or legal person commissioning the services.
• Services — electrical installations, power grid networks, low-voltage installations, renewable energy systems and related maintenance services.
• Agreement — written contract between the Contractor and the Client defining the scope of work.

Every service begins with a free quote after agreeing on the scope of work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

The agreement is concluded upon signing a written contract by both parties or accepting the offer electronically.

The Contractor performs services in accordance with applicable technical standards (PN-HD 60364, PN-EN 50110), design documentation, and arrangements with the Client.

Completion timelines are agreed individually and confirmed in the contract. The Contractor promptly informs the Client of any delays.

Payments are made based on VAT invoices — typically 30-50% deposit before starting work, the remainder after acceptance.

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice issue date unless otherwise stated in the contract.

The Contractor provides a warranty on completed work for up to 2 years from acceptance, depending on the scope and type of installation. Detailed terms are specified in the warranty document attached to the acceptance documentation.

The warranty covers workmanship. Equipment and materials (e.g. PV modules, inverters, energy storage) are covered by separate manufacturer warranties handed over to the Client with the documentation. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, third-party interference, or force majeure events.

Complaints can be submitted electronically to biuro@altech24.pl or in writing to the company's registered address.

Complaints are processed within 14 business days of receipt.

The Contractor is liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence up to the amount of professional liability insurance.

The Contractor holds active business liability insurance and SEP category E and D licences.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by the Polish Civil Code, Construction Law, and other applicable regulations.

Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Contractor's registered office.

The Contractor reserves the right to amend these terms. The Client will be informed of changes 14 days in advance.
