6. Administrator’s logs

  1. Information about user behavior on the website may be subject to logging. This data is used for website administration.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of traffic on the site through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses remarketing techniques, allowing to match advertising messages to the user’s behavior on the site, which may give the impression that the user’s personal data is used to track them, but in practice, no personal data is transferred from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
  3. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology makes the Facebook service (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) aware that a particular person registered in it uses the Service. It is based in this case on data, over which the Operator does not have control. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data from himself to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.
  4. The Operator uses solutions to examine user behavior by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the site. This information is anonymized before it is transmitted to the service provider, so that the service provider does not know which specific person the data concerns. In particular, passwords entered and other personal data are not subject to recording.
  5. The Operator uses a solution automating the operation of the Service with respect to users, e.g., it can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that the user has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
  6. The Operator may use profiling within the meaning of personal data protection regulations.

8. Information about cookie files

  1. The Service uses cookie files.
  2. Cookie files (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end-user’s device and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storing them on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookie files on the end user’s device and accessing them is the operator of the Service.
  4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the user’s Service session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Service;
    2. realization of objectives specified above in the “Important marketing techniques” section;
  5. Two main types of cookie files are used within the Service: “session” (session cookies) and “persistent” (persistent cookies). “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the end user’s device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). “Persistent” cookie files are stored on the end user’s device for the time specified in the parameters of cookie files or until they are deleted by the user.
  6. The website browsing software (web browser) usually allows storing cookie files on the user’s device by default. Users of the Service can change these settings. The web browser allows you to delete cookie files. It is also possible to automatically block cookie files. Detailed information on this topic is provided in the help or documentation of the web browser.
  7. Limiting the use of cookie files may affect some of the functionalities available on the websites of the Service.
  8. Cookie files placed on the end user’s device may also be used by cooperating with the operator of the Service entities, in particular, this applies to companies: Google (Google Inc. based in the USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc. based in the USA).

9. Managing cookie files – how to express and withdraw consent in practice?

  1. If the user does not want to receive cookie files, they can change the browser settings. We reserve that disabling the support for cookie files necessary for the authentication processes, security, user preferences maintenance may hinder, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the www pages.
  2. To manage cookie settings, select the web browser you use from the list below and follow the instructions:
    1. Edge
    2. Internet Explorer
    3. Chrome
